cat not eating right

Every since my cat started getting in heat she hasnt been eating how she use too. She use to be chunky but now she looks so skinny. And shes in heat like every other week. Is this normal when shes only about 2yrs old

Hi yes cats will be on heat one week in every three and at two she is a fully grown adult.

I dont know if the weight loss is associated but it may be due to the hormones and being very active.
