cat pregnancy worries

my female cats waters broke on saturday we think,but she has still not had her kittens yet.Will she be ok or does she need to go to the vets.she's still very happy and healthy.Thanks Linda

well I am not an expert on this subject but I would have thought that if her waters broke that she would have gone into labor quite soon afterwards. However I know there can be occasions where labor can be delayed or that only a little water is passed and the sack not fully broken.

if it were me and if she still had not had her kittens by today I would want to have a vet check her out to be on the safe side.
