My cat can't stop cleaning herslf. What does this mean?

Hi
Either she has some sort of skin allergy or parasite problem which is causing her irritation or she is over grooming because of stress.

The problem with over grooming is that eventually she will start to lose fur and get bald spots.

It really would be best to get her checked by a vet to see if their is a skin issue which needs treatment. if all is fine then look at her home life to see if there is anything that be causing her some distress.
