cat sleeping a lot and has not been too the loo

My cat is eating and drinking but has been sleeping alot more for the past two days and has not been to the toilet for the past 24 hours but he keeps flicking his tail what is wrong do you know? can you advise me please.

Which would be very uncomfortable for him and this is why he is flicking his tail.

If the symptoms continue for more than another day or so or if they get worse then you may want to consider taking him to the vets. In the mean time try to give him space and also make sure he has easy access to fresh water.
