cat spraying problem

i have a 6 year old male cat who is fixed and lately he started to spray on things in the house which he has never done before. Nothing has changed in the house to made him start doing this so why is he spraying.

Hi, whenever this happens you can always be sure that something has happened for your cat to do this. there is always a reason.

However knowing what that reason is can be sometimes difficult to find out.
