Cat started peeing on her bed while she lays sleeping

Our cat is a persian tabby,and she's 5 to 6 yrs old. She will not use a litter box. She lets us know when she needs to go out and we let her out. This winter, she's started wetting on her bed and when she goes out, we don't know if she pees or not, but when she comes in she goes right back to that bed.This is so strange since she has always been such a clean cat. She has had two UTIs in the past and was given antiobiotics and pain meds. She seems to sleep all day and she drinks enough water we believe, but why is she all of a sudden wetting her bed? Please answer if you can. Thank you very much.

hi well it sounds to me like she may have developed a weakness in her bladder which makes her unaware when she is urinating or at least unable to stop it in time. this is probably connected to another UTi and I would strongly recommend that you take her to the vets as soon as possible.
