cat that has strange bowel movements

what is wrong with my 15 year old cat because he craps on stuff, can't make it to his litter box and dose not have solid poop

Because of his age would recommend that you take him to see a vet. it sounds to me like he may have a health issue especially if the poop is not solid. Also defecating on things can be a sign of distress and if he is not feeling well could be the reason.

Also you could read my page on Middening but in this instance I would definitely say that a trip to the vets may be in order.
