Cat throwing up and urinating frequently

Yesterday my cat started throwing up and is urinating frequently. His meow is very low and he seems to be sluggish. I'm going to call the vet today, but hoped to get some type of answer prior to calling. He's also not eating or drinking and the vomit is yellow. He has thrown up every time right at his litter box or in the litter box.

Hi,
It is impossible I'm Afraid to give you any sort of diagnosis as there are so many things it could be. However it does sound like an infection of some sort. perhaps to do with the kidneys, considering the frequent urination.

I'm sure by now the vet has given you a proper diagnosis or is at least doing some tests to find out.

I really hope he is better soon
