Cat walking funny and behaving differently

My male cat is 8 years old and has begun walking funny as if there is poop stuck on his butt. And he hides alot and meows often. I was petting him and his jaw area appeared larger than normal so I felt this throat and seems that both sides have small grape size lumps on each side of this, what would be his tonsil areas. What can it be? What do I do? I have limited income and need inexpensive solutions. Thank you for your time.

I am sorry but sometimes there just isn't a inexpensive solution, especially when it comes down to health.

I am not a vet and so cannot definitely say what is wrong with your cat, an examination would have to be carried out anyway to determine that. He may have a infection like tonsillitis and he may also have an anal blockage, the two may or may not be related. But I'm afraid your cat needs to see a vet for treatment as there is nothing you can buy to help the situation especially without a proper diagnosis.
