Cat Whiskers

Our 4yrs son had kid scissors and cut off one side of our cats whiskers, they are still partially poking through, will they grow back to normal size, anything we should do?

Hi yes they will grow back. Your cat should be ok in the meantime.

Cats whiskers are important as they help them sense vibration and also distances when it comes to fitting through gaps in fences etc.
