cat with swollen eye

well my brothers cat (was a stray b4) had a litter of 6 kittens

but 1 of them seems to have this eye problem its Swollen Inside the head and its pretty obvious because the head kinda looks like theirs a big bump over it, it cannot see out of the eye because their is a thing that looks like a big clump of dirt covering it the only spots that arent covered are a very little spot near the top and towards the bottum corner near the nose. We cant take it to the vet so what should we do its been like this for a few days now and none of the other kittens have this?

Ps. It is the Left Eye and the Kitten is outside

This sounds rather nasty and apart from trying to keep it clean there is not much you can do. this kitten really does need to see a vet as soon as possible. It sounds to me that it could be a growth or a blood clot, this can only be treated by a vet sorry.
