my cat has thinning hair and a weird blood spot on the back of her neck and under her chin has lost the hair, and on her stomach shes losing hair there too and its all thin and patchy on her back and she has a weird lump... donno whats wrong with it...

Sounds nasty. She may be having an allergic reaction to a bite or some other substance which is causing the skin and fur problem.

There is also the possibility of Ring worm which would need urgent treatment.

You really do need to see the vet to get her physically checked as soon as possible.
