Cats ear is crusty and he has lost fur

my cat he's around 5 yrs old his ear are crusty and lost there fur. He scratches and and all his hair comes off. he actually made himself bleed. Now he is sleeping in his litter box and walking low to the ground? HELP.. I don't have money for a vet visit.

Hi Sounds to me like he may have either ear mites or a skin allergy.

He really should go and see a vet as it sounds rather bad and it is obviously very uncomfortable for your cat. You must do something for your cat soon before it becomes infected.
