cats throwing up

I took two of my male cats in to get fixed. And when I brought them home, the next day one of them was throwing up. Now some of my other cats are throwing up. Can they catch a stomach virus through the air, and pass it onto other cats in the home.

Hi generally no but then again we don't know what is causing thm to throw up.

They may have caught it by grooming each other and passing on the bug through the saliva or their may be something which they have all ate which has upset them.
