Concerned Cat Owner!

Hi, my cat is about 5 0r 6 mon..I think! anyway she has started to whine alot but not all day. She also sticks her behinf=d in the air and I noticed a clear liquid from her bottom. She eats the same and uses the the cat nox the same, she still has her high energy, playful. Just curious, is this normal? Because I know cat's go into heat! Oh and she was recently around my sister's boy cat but she wouldn't let him near her..she's been acting like this ever since then.
