could my cat be pregnant again

i have a cat who has kittens but they are three weeks old. i was at my sisters house and came back and she had barfed could she be pregnant. and also what are other signs that she could be pregnant

Well i would say that it would be too early for your cat to be pregnant again as they usually won't let a male near them until the kittens are
weaned which is between 8 and 12 weeks.
