Does this cat have a broke leg or muscle damage?

There's a kitten about four months old and one of it's legs just hangs when I pick it up.

Then it is also able to move the leg a litte, but once you hold the leg again it's just light and Can move too easily.

Unfortunately without a vet taking a look it is impossible to say. if it was completely broken then she would not be able to use it at all and would drag it around so i think it is more likely that it is either nerve damage or tissue damage.

you know what I'm going to say. She needs to see a vet as soon as possible. there may be something that can be done to repair the leg and the sooner that begins the better the outcome.
