Excessive spraying and "crying"

Our cat continuously does a loud "crying" meowing. He isnt in pain and we cant figure out what is causing him to do that, we thought it might be loneliness. He also sprays continuously. We direct him away from the spot, but as soon as we turn our back, he gose right back to spray. Also, he tries to "mate" with my foot. as amusing as that sounds, its very annoying. We dont know what to do.

It sounds as if your cat has not been neutered. Spraying and loud crying are classic signs of a frustrated male cat trying to attract a female cat. the simple and kindest solution is to have him neutered, he will calm down and not feel frustrated. the spraying and the crying should stop soon afterwards.
