foul odor of kitten poop

my kitten refues to eat and practucally spits food back up he's a baby we are feeding with a bottle but his pee and poop smell really really bad whats wrong?

if you have a very young kitten which you are having to hand rear it is important to have them checked out by a vet to make sure that they do not have any underlining illnesses which could be causing problems like this.

Only a vet can do a full examination and be able to tell you if the kitten has any congenital problems or illnesses. It is important that young kittens get medical treatment as soon as possible as they can go down hill quickly if they are not getting sufficient food intake etc.
