Found a very young kitten

Found a kitten that appears to be 3 to 4 weeks old. Have been feeding it cat food soaked in milk for 24 hours now . Have been wiping its butt with a damp clothe, it has urinated but has not had a bowel movement. Can you tell me what I should do.

yes this s a very young kitten who normally would not be eating solids until after week 8 at the very earliest.

Kittens need the right nutrition to ensure that they grow up strong and healthy. Its great what you have been trying to do but really the food is not right for her and could upset her system and could be why she has not had a bowel movement.

It would also be a really good idea to have her checked out by a vet as soon as you can to make sure she is healthy now.
