Green Stuff coming from my kittens behind

What is this green kind of liquid coming out of my non fixed female kittens butt but, not when it goes to the litter box to do its buissness but just when it sleeps and runs around ?

Well it could be a severe case of diarrhea. When it is severe it will leak from the kitten at all times.

the other possibilities is that it could be a infection of some sort.

Either way your kitten should see a vet as soon as possible as kittens can go down hill rather quickly from things like dehydration etc.
