HELP my cat is dying :(

My cat has been acting very strange...he has been running around in circles, freaaaaaakking out at nothing and makin scary growling noises but i believe its because he's in pain, he's been off balance and running into things, and i have seen spots off blood from him in my bathroom and bedroom im pretty sure its coming from his mouth, he has been sticking his tongue out panting which i believe is b/c hes so tired b/c everytime he tries to lay down he has another episode. I know he doesnt have rabies he's an indoor cat i do have a dog but he has his rabie shot and is perfectly fine, my cat also is not trying to bite either one of us. he also does not look disgusting from being sick and I am POSITIVE he did not get into anything could it be cancer or tumour in his brain? HELP!!!

It is impossible to say what the cause could be but one thing is for sure he needs to see a vet very urgently.

He may be having fits which can be controlled with modification. Your vet will have to do some tests to discover the cause. i do hope it is not too serious and can be treated but the sooner you can get him to the vets the better the outcome.
