I have a unhappy cat

my outdoor cat was in a road accident a few week back and has nerve damage to his back legs and one of his eyes isnt working ive been told to keep him indoors from now on but hes so unhappy and meowing all the time what can i do to make him a happy indoors cat ?

i am so sorry to hear about your cats accident. I wont lie to you it wont be easy for him to adjust to his new circumstances as you can image and in these sort of instances time is the greatest healer.

All you can do for him in the mean time is to give him lots of reassurance and company during this time. if he is still able to get around then provide him with some new and stimulating things around the home to distract him from his troubles etc. i have a page which may give you some ideas
