my male cat muggz is about 10 and a half months old and he had a sister that he impregnated we couldnt take care of the sister so we took her to a shelter ever since shes been gone hes been meowing super loud and throwing up could this be because his sister isnt around?

Well yes it is possible but the throwing up is rather extreme. I don't really like the sound of that and if it continues I would recommend taking tham to the vet for a check up in case there is something else wrong.
Cats can go through a grieving period just like us ie something changes in the home, there friend is no longer around. However they usually get back to their old selves within a few weeks.
It could be coincidence that his behaviour has changed at the same time as you removing the other cat, so it could be a hairball or even a virus.
My advice would be to keep an eye on him for a few days more, see if his behaviour changes again or if the vomiting continues. If so don't delay and take him to the vets.
