i'm not sure whats wrong with my cat

my cat has a cold, it got better but now there is saliva coming out of his mouth non-stop. he at a little. his tongue is always sticking out.

Something sounds wrong here. I wonder if he has mouth ulcers caused by the cold. in which case this must be very uncomfortable for him and this is why he is not eating much.

Your bets option is to take him to the vets i'm afraid at the very least if he is in some pain he needs some pain relief and possibly some antibiotics too.
