Is my cat ok

For the past couple of days my cat has stop eating and she also has knots in her stomach not her fur she has been vomiting and leavin a trace of pinkish goo around when she gets up from where she was laying .I would like to know what's wrong

However if the vomiting has been going on for a more than a couple of days i would definitely suggest that you take them to a see a vet as soon as possible.
