Hi
Al cats become sexually active from around four or five months old, so at nine months old your cat should be able to become pregnant(she should have begun to go into heat https://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-in-heat.html)

However it is recommended for the health of both the female and the kittens that you wait until at least a year. this ensures that the cat is fully grown and strong enough to have a healthy litter.

best wishes Kate

hi
i didn't mean to worry you.
Having kittens at 9 months has no particular health risks. it is only recommended that you wait till after a year.

if your cat is pregnant i wouldn't worry. just make sure she gets the best food available to give her the best chance of rearing a healthy litter.
