kitten can't poop

my cat is 1 month and 18 days,my cat problem is,his anus came out and difficult to poop.is there any way you can help me? please

i don't know what to do..

There is only one thing to do. You must take the poor little fella to see a vet.

If he has had a prolapsed anus then he will need special treatment from the vets. However there is no way for you to know if this is the case or whether he just has a swollen behind. The only way to find out for sure and save your kitten pain and discomfort an that is to seek professional help from your vet.
