kitten meowing loudly

My 10 month old ragdoll kitten faith has only started this about a hour ago but she is meowing really loud won't eat or drink sensitive when I touch her and a White liquid is coming out of her bottom her meowing is getting really loud and I'm getting really worried about her she is constantly walkin around but she is still very playful but could u plz help me out and she sticks her bottom up her legs shake and she squeezing this White liquid out it's clear plz could u help me out thank u

Is she spayed? If not then these symptoms could be her in heat. please see this page for more on this

There shouldn't be white liquid though so i am wondering if she may have a slight infection. If this white liquid continues to appear for a day or so then a trip to the vets may be in order.
