why does a kitten stretch her bum in the air and meows very wierd and alot?

unfortunately your question is not specific enough for me to give you an accurate answer.

All i can say it does depend on the age of the cat i.e if the cat is 4 months or over then she will be moving into adult hood and her first possible period of being in heat. the behaviour you describe is consistent with a cat in heat. they will meow more and possible waive their back sides up in the air a little. perhaps this is what your kitten is doing.
