Kitten sick

My kitten can't stand or sit without swaying. She is not able to focus and will only drink water and not eat.. I am not sure if she will be ok or not.. She is still trying to play but she falls face down. I don't think she has gotten into anything, not sure if someone gave her to much dewormer or what.. Please HELP!!

Meagan your kitten does sound rather sick indeed and she really does need to see a vet urgently. this is her only option for getting through this or not without too much suffering.
