what does it mean when your kitten has 4 little bald spots and the spots have a little thing pocking out of it and the bald spots are above it's privite part

Well I'm not sure what this could be. Bald spots often indicate a parasite problem but the only parasite that remains in the flesh and sticks out are ticks.

I really do think it would be best to take your kitten to see the vet as soon as you can. whatever this is it is not normal and needs to be treated and the only way you can do this is to find out for sure what the cause is of the baldness.
