Kitty Behavior problem

I have a 5 month old female kitty, and up until now she's been using her litter box and all of a sudden she went into one of the bedrooms and pooped twice inside the closet. I'm worried about why she is doing this, its not like her to do something like this. Please advise.

There are two possible reasons for this to have happened either she is ill in some way, perhaps a tummy upset or it is behavioral in which case it is known as Middening. I have written a page about Middening on my site for more information about this here
