lathargic cat.

our cat has become very lathargic and sleeping much more then normal. He is only 2 years old so this is not normal behaviour. He is eating ok. He is walking about very slowly and just appears weak. He is grooming and scratching quite a bit but was de-

fleed about a month ago. What can be wrong with him?

Hi unfortunately lethargy ca be a symptom of many different illnesses. It may be simply a cold or virus or cat flu (if they have not been vaccinated against it https://www.our-happy-cat.com/cat-flu.html )

If I were you i would wait another day or so to see if he improves, also make sure he gets plenty of fresh water to drink If he is the same or gets worse then your best option is to take him to the vets to be checked out.
