My cat had mastitis I think it's back but I'm not sure

My cat had mastitis a month ago I had her on antibiotics from the emergency vet and we brought her back for a check up and got more antibiotics we thought she was all better but her personality never really went back to normal I just thought it was the stress of having a litter of six but now much to my dissapointment there is a different tit that is now quite large and firm. My mother in law says it's because she just weaned her kittens but I'm worried I've started her on medication again. Please help I've already spent over 2000 on vet bills

I'm sorry but sometimes it does cost a lot to own a cat, that why I always have cat insurance.

Because she has had a problem before I would suggest that she needs to see the vet again in case it has flared up again, I don't know of any other way that an infection like this can be cleared up without the help of proper medication. plus you want to make sure that something else is not wrong to cause this to keep happening.
