MY CAT HAS A HUGE BUMP ON HIS HEAD?

Hi my cat is an indoor/outdoor cat and tonight when I let him in I saw this huge bump on his head. When I ask my dad he said it look like my cat got shot with a bb gun. But I was wondering if I let it wait a few days and then go to the vet or go in the mornging? Please help!!!!!!!!!!

if your dad thinks he may have been shot then go to the vets as soon as you can. Any wound can become infected very quickly if not treated soon afterwards.
