When ever my cat "makes bisquits" she gets a stinky butt. When she purrs she has a stinky butt also. She is overweight but i don't think this is part of the problem since she has always been like that. The vet said something about her glands and squeezed them but it didn't stop her from having the stinky butt. Any clues?

Sounds to me like she gets block glands regularly. unfortunately some cats are more prone to this than others. the glands become infected and thats what causes the smell.
you need to speak to your vet about whether or not there is a permanent answer to this problem or whether your cat will need regular gland squeezing, both vets and groomers carry out this process, not very pleasant i know but it really has to be done i'm afraid.
Hope the vet can find a permanent solution for you
best wishes kate
