Hi
If his pupils remain large for more than a few days then the only thing you can do is to have him checked out by a vet. Large pupils make a indication of some underlying illness.
However it may just be that he is feeling anxious about something so give him a day or so to see if he calms down or to see if his behavior changes which could indicate something wrong.
It really is difficult to say if this is something to be concerned about or not as the symptoms of large pupils may or may not be associated with an illness.
Hope he is Ok and back to his old self soon
best wishes KAte
