My cat have a soft gushy bump on head

My cat have a soft bump on her head and if I touch it it goes in and feel really gushy it is located by her right ear and it is spreading to her forehead and she is an indoor cat.Can you tell me whats wrong?

i am not a vet and so cannot diagnose health issues. However this could be a sort of abcess under the skin. It certianly needs to be seen by a vet to make sure that it does not spread and also to make sure that there are no other underlining reasons for this squidgy area.
