My cat is laying in strange position...

She will lay in her regular position on her side but when she lays on her belly she keeps her backside slightly raised in the air, propped awkwardly on her hind legs and meows a lot not like she's in pain or anything just continuously...what is going on with her? She's also about 7 months old if that matters.Thank you!

umm sounds a little strange. Have you had her spayed yet. It may be a hormonal thing especailliy the meowing more. Also female cat will raise thier rear end when they are in heat, it may be something like that.

If you are really worried take her to the vet for a checkup, it can't hurt and will help put your mind at rest at the very least/
