My cat Katie has two bad ears besides the mites she has a I guess a tumor in the left and then just had another one start to grow but it looks like there is blood in it and she screams every time she shakes it or even touching it, it is very painful to her.

Not sure what you are asking.

if there are lumps growing and they are painful then you must take her to the vets. It may just be a simple boil or infection or it may be a tumour(my own cat had a lump which looked full of blood on the ear and it turned out to be a non cancerous tumour but which had to be removed to stop it growing and growing)

The vets is the only answer i'm afraid.
