My cat pee and vomits when i'm away

Why does my 5 year old male neutered cat pee, pooh, and get sick on my carpet when i am away?

If you are sure that this is not due to illness and does not happen all the time you are around, only when you are away then it could be that your cat is a very nervous and insecure animal who finds being alone unsettling.

Some cats are naturally more scared and timid than others and it can be difficult to help them to relax enough to stop these sorts of behaviors.

It may be worth having your cat checked by a vet any way to rule out any physical possible causes for his vomiting etc.
