My cat seems to be swallowing a lot.....

My dear kitty is 10 yrs old...I have noticed lately she seems to be swallowing more often..just while sitting around, not while eating or drinking--not sure if this means anything or not. Anything even slightly unusual makes me worry! She seems ok, eating, drinking, playing, sleeping....Just something that caught my attention and wondered if it was something to be concerned about. I love her to pieces, and I want to make sure she feels well. Thank you!

My answer to you is if you are worried at all then it really is worth taking her for a check up just to be on the safe side.

You know your cat better than anyone else and if you have noticed this change then i would get it checked out.

I would not like to try and guess what could be causing this but it is always worth having your cat checked especially as they get older as this is when little illness can start to creep up on them.

i hope she is ok again soon

best wishes Kate
