My cat's Head is twitching to the left

My 14 year old cat's head is constantly twitching to left plus his eyes are sporadically moving back and forth and he can barely walk

Do not delay please take your cat to a vets as soon as possible. these symptoms need to be diagnosed and treated urgently.
