My male cat keeps licking his genitals

I have four cats. Three boys one girl. One of my boy cats keeps going to the liter box and i noticed him licking his genitals alot and keeping his legs open. And he has also thrown up a couple times. He has not been crying or seem to be in extreme pain. But he does look uncomfortable. Please i need help, don't know what to do.

It could be that he has a urinary infection or even a possible blockage which could be causing him some discomfort. Male cats are more prone to urinary infections.
