my one year old cat has given birth

She has had 6 healthy kittens about 3 and a half weeks ago and she wont stop meowing constantly is that normal?

Female cats can become more vocal during this time i find, it may just be a hormone thing as female cats can go into what is known as false heat just after birth. Make sure she is kep away from male cats who will think she is in heat and will try to mate and she will not take kindly to this, it can also cause problems for the kittens to have a frustrated male cat roaming around.
