Need help with my cat

I have a 10 yr old male neutered indoor only cat. Recently he has been throwing up almost daily, always white foam (not much); he also has been peeing a little bit while he sleeps, then he immediately wakes up to clean himself. I notice this because he sleeps on the bed with me. The pee amounts to about the size of a quarter. No blood, he doesn't seem to have a problem using the litter box. He also has started loud meowing around 5am EVERY morning which continues for about 30 minutes. We recently brought a 3 month old male kitten into the house (in Dec) due to Curly's other cat mate having died. They get along great and play well together. I am concerned something may be wrong due to the peeing, throwing up and meowing. He is drinking water and eating fine, taking his treats, playing, etc.

Hi
my advice is to definitely book him in at the vets for a check up. His symptoms could be caused by many things but it does need to be looked into further.

the throwing up may be due to hairballs or it may be caused by an infection which is also causing the urine leak.

Also if a cat start to meow more often and out of character then it is always advisable to have them checked out as this could also be an indication of illness.

i do hope he is ok again soon

best wishes Kate
