my cat has been verry skinny his whole life,but recently he has started getting sick and he wont keep anything down. he also has had a hard time eating recently.

Hi to be honest there is only one answer to this question. Any time a cats health shows signs of going down then you must have them checked by a vet, especially if it has been happening for a period of time, as in this case.

there are too many reasons why your cat cannot keep his food down and only a vet can investigate to find the cause.
