pregnant cat is she in labour

ok so im certain that my cat is pregnant. she has lost the hair around her nipples, and they are swollen. you can feel the kittens moving inside of her. but for some reason she is acting like she is in heat, sticking her butt in the air and meowing like crazy. dos this mean she about to have her kittens?

It could well be the first signs of her going into labour.
