MY FEMALE CAT IS PREGNANT AND MY MALE CAT IS TRYING TO MATE WITH HER,SHOULD I TRY TO KEEP HIM AWAY FROM HER OR LET IT BE?

hi
It is not unusual for male cats to mate with pregnant cats in fact that is why their litters comprise of kittens with several different fathers.
Also the female cat will still be giving off hormones which is attracting the male cats.

i should not worry, this is natural behavior an so they should be left to sort it out for themselves. Don't worry the female cat will definitely let the male cat know where to get off if she does not want his attentions.

As the pregnancy progresses she will stop giving off the scent and so the male cat will look elsewhere. of course having him neutered would also help this situation, it will also stop the possibility of your female cat constantly becoming pregnant which will damage her health. When she does give birth you will have to watch out for your male cat then as he will try to mate quite soon afterwards with her.

I have some pages about neutering which you may find of further interest here
